Diagnosis and Repair of Major Water Leak
Our client brought their Mini Cooper S Countryman in to GP motor Works with a major water leak.
In order to diagnose exactly where the water was leaking from, we ran a pressure test. It quickly became evident the water was leaking from the thermostat and the pipe from under the manifold to the water pump.
The thermostat was replaced and a further pressure test showed the problem had been solved.
We finished off by adding the correct amount of Mini Coolant.
